Returns and Refunds:

• Eligibility: We do not accept returns for Pokémon or other tcg's because of the nature of the business unless an item has been damaged pokeplugs.us is also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• In the event that your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
